(AIChE) honored the AntiEntropics team by selecting us as the technical
editors and contributors for the second edition of their Guidelines
for Investigating Chemical Process Incidents. This new version of an
already popular book presents underlying principles, management system
considerations, investigation tools, and specific methodologies for
investigating incidents in a way that will support implementation of
a rigorous process safety program at any facility.

AEI was selected

processing steps or perform outsourced manufacturing (tolling) for other

and is intended to enhance the skills of both new and
experienced refining, pipeline, and chemical
processing industry trainers. It is a course
companies can use to certify trainers at refining,
pipeline and chemical processing facilities.
